WE Sri Lanka understands that women’s voices are underrepresented and silenced in places where decisions are made, whether that be in the home, at work, or on national or international platforms. 

 

Societal structures are creating barriers to women's experiences, and  the scope of influence they have on the world. We acknowleledge the  cultures, societal pressures, 

 

such as cultural influence, societal pressure, underexposure and lack of female role models which all play their part in limiting women’s experience and scope of influence of the world we live in. 

 

Join us as we aim to create spaces and platforms to share women’s expertise, knowledge and experiences in all areas; from the personal, to the creative to the political and enterprising; to amplifying and projecting women’s voices with the aim of to expanding our collective ability to speak and be heard in all areas of life and decision making.
